The Velowave Pony Compact Step-Thru Electric Bike is a compact and capable Class 3 eBike designed for easy mounting, smooth city cruising, and adventure-ready performance. Its step-through frame makes getting on and off effortless, while the powerful motor, removable battery, and wide fat tires provide confident handling across varied surfaces — from pavement to light trails.

Responsive Motor & Speed

Powered by a 750 W geared hub motor with strong torque output, the Pony delivers responsive acceleration and reliable performance in urban environments or off-pavement rides. With pedal assist engaged, riders can reach top speeds of up to 25 MPH, while throttle-only operation supports speeds of up to 20 MPH for flexible riding scenarios.

Reliable Long-Range Battery

This eBike features a removable 48 V 15 Ah lithium-ion battery that supports an average range of around 40 miles per charge on pedal assist. The battery’s design allows convenient off-bike charging and ensures you’re powered for daily commutes or weekend adventures without frequent recharging.

Fat Tire Traction & Stability

Equipped with 20″ × 4.0″ Kenda fat tires, the Pony offers enhanced traction and stability on a variety of surfaces including pavement, gravel, sand, and snow. The wide tire profile improves control and comfort while absorbing bumps for a smoother ride.
