The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a high-performance upgrade engineered specifically for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 Tremor trucks. Designed to dramatically improve ride quality, suspension travel, and off-road capability, this system combines advanced 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, tubular upper control arms, and multi-rate rear leaf packs. Built for drivers who demand serious off-road capability while maintaining excellent on-road comfort, the Stage 4 system delivers increased control, improved articulation, and exceptional durability across all terrain conditions.

Adjustable 2.5–3” Lift for Aggressive Stance

The ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 2.5” to 3”, allowing owners to dial in their preferred ride height while accommodating larger wheel and tire combinations. This added height improves ground clearance and provides the proper stance for aggressive off-road builds and overland setups.

CDXS Remote Reservoir Coilovers for Precision Tuning

Equipped with ICON’s advanced Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) technology, the front coilovers and rear shocks feature independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustments. With multiple detented settings available, drivers can fine-tune ride characteristics for highway comfort, heavy load handling, or high-speed off-road performance.

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

The included heavy-duty tubular upper control arms are equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO ball joints, providing improved alignment geometry, increased caster, and greater suspension articulation. These components enhance durability while maintaining proper alignment at lifted ride heights.

Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Packs for Load Support

This system includes ICON multi-rate rear leaf springs designed to replace factory rear blocks while improving ride quality and reducing axle wrap. Multiple spring rate options allow customization based on load requirements, making the system ideal for towing, hauling gear, or overland builds. Billet aluminum lowering shackles help maintain proper rear ride height and stability.

Increased Wheel Travel and Ride Capability

Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series shocks provide approximately a 20% increase in front wheel travel over stock, significantly improving suspension articulation and traction. This enhanced travel results in better vehicle control, smoother ride quality, and improved performance across rough terrain without sacrificing towing capability.

Complete Bolt-On Performance System

The Stage 4 system is engineered as a complete bolt-on upgrade with no cutting or welding required.
