The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for 2023–2026 Chevrolet Colorado WT, LT, and Z71 models. Designed to increase suspension travel, improve damping performance, and enhance overall ride quality, this system features 2.5 Series extended travel coilovers with CDC Valve-equipped remote reservoirs, billet aluminum upper control arms, and high-performance rear piggyback reservoir shocks. Built for drivers seeking improved off-road capability without sacrificing daily drivability, this system delivers balanced performance and exceptional vehicle control across all terrain types. 

Adjustable 1.75–2.5” Front Lift for Improved Ground Clearance

ICON 2.5 Series extended travel coilovers provide adjustable lift from 1.75” to 2.5” over stock, allowing fitment of larger wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability improves vehicle stance and enhances off-road capability while maintaining proper suspension geometry.

2.5 Series Coilovers with CDC Valve Technology

The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs equipped with Compression Damping Control (CDC) Valves, offering 10 levels of external compression adjustment. This allows drivers to fine-tune ride quality and damping response for changing terrain and load conditions.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

This system includes CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms designed to improve suspension geometry and maintain factory alignment specifications. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO provides increased articulation and durability while supporting extended suspension travel.

Extended Travel Suspension for Increased Wheel Travel

The extended travel coilovers increase front suspension travel by approximately 20% over stock, providing up to 9.5” of total front wheel travel. This additional articulation improves traction and vehicle stability during aggressive off-road driving. 

Balanced Rear Performance with Piggyback Reservoir Shocks

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series rear piggyback reservoir shocks provide improved heat dissipation and consistent damping performance. Their vehicle-specific valving ensures balanced handling and stability between front and rear suspension components. 

Durable Bolt-On Design for Reliable Installation

This system is engineered as a complete bolt-on solution requiring no cutting or welding. High-strength materials, including 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum and CAD-plated shock bodies, provide long-term durability and resistance to harsh driving conditions.
