The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered specifically for 2007–2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks equipped with small taper upper control arm geometry. Designed to dramatically increase wheel travel and damping performance, this system includes ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, 2.5 Series piggyback rear shocks, and tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint technology. The result is improved ride quality, enhanced off-road capability, and superior vehicle control across both highway and rugged terrain environments.

Adjustable 1–2.5” Front Lift for Improved Ground Clearance

The included ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift height from 1” to 2.5”, allowing drivers to fine-tune vehicle stance and accommodate larger tire and wheel combinations. This adjustability improves ground clearance while maintaining proper suspension geometry and ride quality.

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers

Front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase shock oil capacity and cooling efficiency, reducing heat buildup during aggressive off-road driving. This ensures consistent damping performance and long-lasting reliability under demanding conditions.

2.5 Aluminum Series Piggyback Rear Shocks

The rear suspension includes ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback shocks designed for superior cooling and consistent damping. These shocks improve vehicle stability, reduce fade during extended use, and deliver excellent ride comfort across rough terrain.

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint

This system features heavy-duty tubular upper control arms equipped with ICON’s patented Delta Joint. The Delta Joint combines the strength of a traditional ball joint with the articulation capability of a uniball, delivering increased durability, reduced maintenance, and improved suspension travel.

Vehicle-Specific Shock Tuning

All shocks in this system are tuned specifically for the GM 1500 platform, ensuring balanced front-to-rear damping performance. This results in improved handling characteristics, increased stability, and enhanced ride comfort both on-road and off-road.

Increased Wheel Travel and Ride Control

ICON engineers focused on maximizing wheel travel and damping capability to significantly improve overall ride characteristics. This increased articulation improves traction and control on uneven terrain while maintaining stable on-road handling.

Direct Bolt-On Installation

The Stage 4 Suspension System is designed as a 100% bolt-on upgrade requiring no cutting or welding. This allows for straightforward installation while preserving factory mounting points and long-term reliability.
