The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System for the 2011–2016 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty is a complete, high-performance suspension solution engineered to deliver maximum wheel travel, improved ride quality, and uncompromising durability. Featuring 2.5 Series piggyback reservoir shocks with CDCV adjustability, dual-rate coil springs, and a heavy-duty radius arm system, this kit is designed to handle aggressive off-road use while maintaining excellent towing capability and on-road comfort.

Massive 7” Lift for 37” Tire Clearance

This system provides a full 7 inches of lift, allowing clearance for up to 37” tires while dramatically improving ground clearance and off-road capability. The increased ride height enhances approach angles and gives your Super Duty a commanding stance both on and off the road.

2.5 Series Piggyback Reservoir Shocks with CDCV

ICON’s 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature piggyback reservoirs that increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation for consistent damping performance under heavy use. The integrated CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) provides external adjustability, allowing you to fine-tune ride quality for towing, daily driving, or aggressive off-road conditions.

Heavy-Duty Radius Arm System

This Stage 5 system includes ICON’s fabricated radius arms with drop brackets, offering increased strength, improved caster adjustability, and enhanced suspension articulation. The boxed design improves durability while optimizing tire clearance at full steering lock, making it ideal for larger tire setups.

Dual-Rate Front Coils & Progressive Rear Leaf Springs

ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver a smooth ride on-road while providing increased resistance during heavy compression off-road. In the rear, progressive-rate leaf springs improve load handling, ride comfort, and stability under towing or hauling conditions.

Complete Geometry Correction System

This kit includes a track bar drop bracket, pitman arm, sway bar links, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets to properly correct suspension and steering geometry after lifting. These components ensure predictable handling, reduced body roll, and long-term reliability.

Engineered for Performance Without Compromising Capability
