The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System for the 2011–2016 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty is a complete suspension upgrade designed to deliver improved ride quality, increased wheel travel, and enhanced off-road capability. Featuring dual-rate coil springs, ICON 2.5 Series shocks, and geometry correction components, this system provides a balanced combination of comfort, control, and durability while accommodating larger tire and wheel setups.

Massive 7” Lift for Maximum Clearance

This system provides a full 7 inches of lift, allowing for fitment of up to 37” tires and significantly improving ground clearance. The increased ride height enhances approach angles and gives your Super Duty a bold, aggressive stance.

2.5 Series Shocks for Consistent Performance

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks are engineered to deliver superior damping performance across a wide range of terrain. Their increased oil capacity and precision tuning help reduce fade while maintaining a smooth, controlled ride on-road and off-road.

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Comfort and Control

ICON dual-rate front coil springs provide a soft initial spring rate for improved ride comfort and a firmer secondary rate for added support under compression. This design enhances both daily drivability and off-road performance.

Radius Arm System for Strength and Geometry

This Stage 2 system retains a radius arm-based front suspension with geometry correction components to maintain proper caster and alignment. The design provides improved durability while ensuring predictable handling and stability.

Complete Geometry Correction Components

The system includes essential components such as a track bar drop bracket, pitman arm, sway bar links, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets. These parts correct suspension and steering geometry after lifting, ensuring proper handling and long-term reliability.

Balanced Rear Suspension Setup

The rear suspension utilizes lift blocks and matched ICON shocks to maintain proper rake and balanced damping performance between the front and rear of the vehicle. This setup improves load handling and towing stability.
