The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System is a premium, high-performance upgrade engineered for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. Designed for maximum capability, this system significantly improves wheel travel, ride quality, and damping control while maintaining excellent towing and hauling performance. Featuring remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, and rear expansion packs, it delivers a complete suspension solution for demanding work and off-road environments. 

4.5” Lift for Maximum Stance and Clearance

This system provides a 4.5-inch lift designed to level and elevate your Super Duty, allowing for larger wheel and tire fitments while improving ground clearance and approach angles for off-road use. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Shocks with CDCV

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks deliver exceptional damping performance with increased oil capacity for improved heat dissipation. The CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) system allows 10 levels of external compression adjustment for fine-tuning ride quality based on load and terrain. 

Fabricated Radius Arms for Strength and Geometry

Heavy-duty fabricated radius arms replace factory components with a stronger design that improves caster adjustment, increases tire clearance at full steering lock, and eliminates the need for drop brackets, helping maintain ground clearance under the chassis. 

Track Bar System for Steering Precision

The included track bar drop bracket and adjustable track bar work together to properly center the axle, reduce bump steer, and improve overall steering response and handling both on-road and off-road. 

Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Rear Performance

Rear expansion packs provide approximately 2 inches of lift while improving load support, reducing axle wrap, and enhancing ride quality under towing or hauling conditions. 

Steering Stabilization and Brake Upgrades

The system includes a high-performance steering stabilizer with a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock and stainless steel extended brake lines to improve steering control, reduce feedback from larger tires, and maintain safe braking performance. 

Engineered for Heavy-Duty and Off-Road Use

ICON designed this Stage 5 system to excel in demanding environments including towing, job sites, gravel roads, and aggressive off-road terrain while maintaining comfort and stability for daily driving.
