The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System with Radius Arms and Expansion Packs is a premium upgrade engineered specifically for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks equipped with gasoline engines. This complete suspension solution improves ride quality, increases wheel travel, and enhances overall handling performance while maintaining factory towing capability. Featuring dual-rate front coil springs, fabricated radius arms, adjustable track bar, rear leaf spring expansion packs, and 2.5 Series piggyback reservoir shocks, this system delivers exceptional durability and performance for both work and off-road environments. 

2.5” Front Lift for Improved Clearance and Stance

ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs provide approximately 2.5” of front lift over stock height. This lift improves ground clearance and allows the installation of larger tire and wheel combinations while maintaining excellent ride comfort and predictable handling characteristics. 

2.5 Series Piggyback Reservoir Shocks

The included ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks are tuned specifically for the Super Duty platform. These shocks increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation, delivering consistent damping performance and improved ride control across varied terrain conditions.

Heavy-Duty Fabricated Radius Arms

This system includes ICON’s fabricated radius arms featuring sealed pivot bushings for quiet operation and long-term durability. Their boxed construction increases strength and improves tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing clearance for larger tire sizes without interference. 

Adjustable Track Bar for Proper Alignment

An on-vehicle adjustable front track bar is included to properly center the front axle following lift installation. This component improves steering response, handling stability, and overall suspension geometry. 

Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Improved Ride

Rear expansion packs with lift blocks and extended U-bolts improve ride compliance and reduce axle wrap during acceleration or towing. This setup enhances load stability while maintaining balanced front-to-rear suspension performance. 

Designed for Towing, Work, and Off-Road Use

The Stage 3 system is engineered to increase wheel travel and reduce body roll without affecting factory towing capacity. Its bolt-on design allows installation without drilling, cutting, or welding, making it a reliable upgrade for daily drivers, work trucks, and off-road builds.
