The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel trucks. Designed to enhance ride quality, increase suspension travel, and improve handling both on- and off-road, this system features dual-rate front coil springs, fabricated radius arms, 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks, and rear leaf spring expansion packs. Built for heavy-duty towing, job-site use, and off-road performance, this system delivers durability and precise suspension control under demanding conditions.

2.5” Front Lift for Improved Clearance and Capability

This system delivers approximately 2.5” of front lift using ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs optimized for diesel-powered Super Duty trucks. The increased ride height improves ground clearance and allows fitment of larger tire combinations while maintaining predictable handling and ride comfort.

2.5 Aluminum Series Piggyback Reservoir Shocks

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series front and rear piggyback reservoir shocks provide increased oil capacity and superior cooling performance. These vehicle-specific tuned shocks improve damping consistency and ride control across demanding terrain and heavy-duty use. 

Fabricated Radius Arms for Strength and Geometry Correction

The heavy-duty fabricated radius arm system improves caster alignment and overall suspension strength. Their boxed construction enhances durability and provides optimized tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing fitment of larger tire sizes without interference. 

Adjustable Front Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment

An adjustable front track bar is included to maintain proper axle centering following lift installation. This component allows on-vehicle adjustment, improving steering precision and maintaining correct suspension geometry.

Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Load Support

Rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts improve load handling and reduce axle wrap. This design enhances ride comfort, towing stability, and rear suspension performance under heavy loads.
