The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System for the 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty is a high-performance suspension upgrade designed to deliver increased wheel travel, improved ride quality, and superior off-road capability. Featuring 2.5 Series piggyback reservoir shocks with CDCV adjustability, dual-rate coil springs, and ICON’s advanced 4-Link conversion system, this kit eliminates suspension bind and provides exceptional control in all driving conditions. 

4.5” Lift for Aggressive Stance and Capability

This system provides a full 4.5 inches of lift, allowing for larger tire fitment and significantly improved ground clearance. The added height enhances approach angles and off-road performance while maintaining stable on-road handling.

2.5 Series Piggyback Reservoir Shocks with CDCV

ICON’s 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature piggyback reservoirs that increase oil capacity and cooling efficiency, reducing fade during extended use. The integrated CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) allows external adjustment of compression damping, giving you the ability to fine-tune ride quality for towing, daily driving, or aggressive off-road use. 

4-Link Conversion for Maximum Articulation

A key feature of the Stage 4 system is the included ICON 4-Link kit, which replaces the factory radius arm setup. This eliminates suspension bind during articulation and maintains proper caster throughout the suspension cycle, resulting in dramatically improved ride quality and increased front-end performance. 

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Balanced Ride

ICON-engineered dual-rate front coil springs provide a soft initial rate for comfort and a firmer secondary rate for bottom-out resistance. This design delivers excellent ride quality on-road while maintaining control and stability in demanding off-road environments. 

Complete Rear Suspension Support

The rear suspension includes a 5” block kit and matched ICON shocks, ensuring balanced performance between the front and rear. This setup improves load handling, towing stability, and overall ride comfort across varying terrain.
