The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is a premium lift solution engineered for 2020–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to deliver improved ride quality, enhanced suspension geometry, and increased wheel travel, this system includes dual-rate front coil springs, radius arm drop brackets, adjustable track bar, and ICON 2.5 Series shocks. Built for towing, job-site use, and off-road exploration, this system offers dependable performance and long-term durability while maintaining factory-level reliability. 

4.5” Lift Height for Improved Ground Clearance

This system delivers approximately 4.5” of front lift using ICON-engineered progressive dual-rate coil springs. The increased ride height improves ground clearance and supports larger tire fitment, allowing enhanced off-road capability and improved vehicle stance. 

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Balanced Performance

ICON dual-rate coil springs provide a progressive spring rate that improves ride comfort during daily driving while delivering enhanced control during towing and off-road use. These springs are specifically engineered to maintain correct ride height and predictable handling characteristics. 

2.5 Series Shocks for Consistent Damping

The system includes ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with internal reservoir front shocks and piggyback reservoir rear shocks. These vehicle-specific tuned shocks improve damping consistency, reduce heat buildup, and enhance ride quality across varied terrain conditions. 

Radius Arm Drop Brackets for Correct Geometry

Heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets are included to correct caster angle and maintain proper suspension alignment after lift installation. This geometry correction improves steering feel, handling stability, and long-term suspension reliability. 

Adjustable Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment

An adjustable front track bar allows precise centering of the front axle following lift installation. This ensures predictable handling, improved steering response, and reduced suspension stress during operation.

Rear Lift Block System for Balanced Stance

The included 5” rear lift block kit and extended U-bolts provide proper rear lift to maintain a level stance and balanced suspension performance. This setup enhances stability during heavy towing or hauling applications. 

Increased Suspension Travel for Enhanced Control

This Stage 2 system increases front suspension travel by approximately 50% over stock, improving traction, ride stability, and overall vehicle control during off-road driving and uneven terrain conditions. 

Engineered for Heavy-Duty Applications
