The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Coilover Conversion System with 4-Link and Expansion Packs is an elite-level suspension upgrade engineered for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to deliver maximum ride control, articulation, and durability, this system features 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers, a high-performance 4-Link suspension conversion, front secondary shocks, and rear leaf spring expansion packs. Built for demanding towing, work, and off-road use, this advanced suspension system dramatically improves ride quality while maintaining excellent load stability and vehicle control. 

Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Improved Capability

The included 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 2.5” to 3” of front lift. This adjustability allows drivers to fine-tune stance and accommodate larger tires while improving ground clearance and off-road capability. 

2.5 Series CDEV Coilovers with Intelligent Control

This system features Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology that automatically adjusts damping performance based on terrain and driving conditions. Through the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system, shocks can be tuned wirelessly via smartphone for optimized comfort, stability, and performance. 

Advanced 4-Link Suspension Conversion

The included heavy-duty 4-Link system replaces factory radius arms, eliminating suspension bind and improving articulation throughout the suspension cycle. This design maintains positive caster and enhances steering response while improving both on-road comfort and off-road flexibility. 

Front Secondary Shocks for Maximum Damping

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series front secondary shocks provide additional damping support, increasing suspension stability and improving control under heavy loads or aggressive terrain conditions. This dual-shock configuration enhances overall suspension performance. 

Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Improved Ride

Rear expansion packs with lift blocks and extended U-bolts improve ride comfort and reduce axle wrap during acceleration or towing. This system maintains proper rear suspension geometry while increasing durability and load handling capability. 

Centerline Steering Stabilizer and Track Bar System

The included adjustable track bar and steering stabilizer improve axle alignment and reduce bump steer. These components enhance steering precision, reduce vibration, and provide greater control when driving on uneven terrain. 

Engineered for Heavy-Duty Performance
