The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System with Radius Arms and Expansion Packs is a premium suspension upgrade designed for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. This system delivers adjustable lift height, improved ride control, and increased suspension capability through the use of ICON 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, rear expansion packs, and dual steering stabilizers. Engineered for towing, job-site use, and off-road performance, this system significantly improves ride quality and handling while maintaining dependable durability. 

Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Improved Clearance

The ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 2.5” to 3” of lift. This allows users to fine-tune stance and ground clearance while accommodating larger tires and maintaining proper suspension geometry.

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDCV Adjustment

The included 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers feature Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology, offering 10 external compression settings. This allows drivers to quickly adjust ride characteristics for comfort, load handling, or aggressive off-road driving conditions.

Fabricated Radius Arms for Strength and Alignment

The heavy-duty fabricated radius arms feature a boxed design with sealed pivot bushings that improve durability and minimize road noise. Their optimized profile increases tire clearance and provides caster adjustment to maintain proper alignment and steering control.

Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Improved Ride Quality

The rear expansion pack system replaces factory rear lift blocks and includes extended U-bolts to improve ride comfort and reduce axle wrap during towing or heavy acceleration. This enhances stability and overall suspension reliability under load. 

2.5 Series Piggyback Reservoir Rear Shocks

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks provide increased oil capacity and improved cooling performance. These shocks deliver consistent damping performance and help balance ride characteristics between the front and rear suspension systems. 

Dual Steering Stabilizers for Enhanced Control

The included dual steering stabilizer kit improves steering precision and reduces vibration, especially when running larger tires or driving on rough terrain. This helps maintain stable handling and driver confidence in demanding conditions.
