The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System with Radius Arms and Expansion Packs is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to improve ride quality, increase suspension travel, and enhance load stability, this system features ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, rear leaf spring expansion packs, and piggyback reservoir rear shocks. Built for towing, job-site use, and off-road driving, this complete system delivers improved handling control and long-term durability across demanding conditions. 

Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Custom Stance

The ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 2.5” to 3” of lift. This adjustability improves ground clearance and allows installation of up to 37” tires while maintaining proper suspension geometry and predictable handling. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers

Front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation, ensuring consistent damping performance under heavy loads or rough terrain. Vehicle-specific shock valving improves both on-road comfort and off-road control. 

Fabricated Radius Arms for Strength and Clearance

The heavy-duty fabricated radius arms feature sealed pivot bushings for quiet operation and improved durability. Their boxed construction increases strength and allows improved tire clearance at full steering lock, making clearance for up to 37” tires possible. 

Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Improved Ride

Rear expansion packs with lift blocks and extended U-bolts provide a more compliant ride while reducing axle wrap during acceleration or towing. This improves stability and load-handling capability under heavy-duty conditions. 

2.5 Series Piggyback Reservoir Rear Shocks

The included rear piggyback reservoir shocks increase damping capacity and cooling efficiency. Their impact-extruded aluminum construction improves durability and ensures balanced suspension performance between front and rear components. 

Bolt-On Coilover Conversion Design

This system installs directly into the factory coil bucket location using a bolt-on design. The conversion allows for future addition of secondary shocks and improves overall suspension function without requiring major modifications. 

Improved Ride Dynamics and Stability

ICON engineered this Stage 3 system to reduce body roll, increase wheel travel, and improve overall ride dynamics. These improvements enhance traction, driver control, and ride comfort across both paved roads and rugged terrain.
