The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Coilover Conversion System with Radius Arms and Expansion Packs is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to enhance ride quality, increase suspension capability, and improve overall vehicle control, this system features ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, rear leaf spring expansion packs, and 2.5 Series rear shocks. Built for towing, work applications, and off-road driving, this system provides dependable performance and long-term durability across demanding conditions. 

Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Improved Stance

The included ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 2.5” to 3” of lift. This adjustability improves ground clearance and allows fitment of up to 37” tires while maintaining proper suspension geometry and predictable handling characteristics. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers

Front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation, ensuring consistent damping performance under heavy loads and demanding terrain. Vehicle-specific valving provides improved ride comfort and stability both on-road and off-road. 

Fabricated Radius Arms for Strength and Alignment

This system includes ICON’s heavy-duty fabricated radius arms featuring sealed pivot bushings for quiet operation and long service life. Their fully boxed construction improves durability and enhances tire clearance, supporting larger tire sizes without interference. 

Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Improved Ride

The rear expansion packs include lift blocks and extended U-bolts designed to improve ride compliance and reduce axle wrap under load. This design enhances stability during towing and heavy-duty use while maintaining balanced suspension performance. 

2.5 Series Internal Reservoir Rear Shocks
