The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Coilover Conversion System with Radius Arms is a premium suspension upgrade engineered specifically for 2023–2025 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to dramatically improve ride quality, suspension performance, and vehicle control, this system features ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir front coilovers, fabricated radius arms, and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks. Built for drivers who demand improved handling, increased ground clearance, and dependable performance, this system delivers exceptional comfort and stability whether towing, hauling, or exploring off-road terrain. 

Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Improved Stance

The included ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers provide adjustable lift from approximately 2.5” to 3”, allowing drivers to fine-tune ride height and accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability improves ground clearance and enhances overall suspension performance across varying terrain conditions. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilover Conversion

ICON 2.5 VS Series front coilovers increase damping capability and overall suspension performance compared to factory components. These coilovers feature vehicle-specific valving and high-quality components designed to deliver consistent ride control and improved handling both on-road and off-road. 

Fabricated Radius Arms for Improved Geometry

This system includes ICON’s fabricated, fully boxed radius arms designed to optimize suspension geometry and tire clearance. The arms feature sealed pivot bushings that reduce road feedback and promote quiet operation while maintaining long-term durability and strength. 

2.0 Aluminum Series Rear Shocks

Rear ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir shocks provide balanced damping performance and improved ride stability. These shocks help maintain consistent vehicle control under load while enhancing comfort during daily driving and off-road travel. 

Improved Tire Clearance and Suspension Performance

The redesigned radius arm profile provides increased clearance at full steering lock, allowing fitment of up to 37” tires depending on wheel and tire configuration. This improvement enhances off-road capability and overall vehicle versatility. 

Optimized Suspension Geometry and Ride Quality

Vehicle-specific tuning and engineering ensure proper suspension geometry and improved handling performance. The coilover conversion design increases damping ability while reducing body roll and improving overall ride dynamics compared to factory suspension.
