The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Coilover Conversion System is a premium suspension upgrade engineered specifically for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to deliver superior ride quality, increased suspension travel, and enhanced damping control, this system includes 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers, front secondary shocks, rear piggyback reservoir shocks, and rear leaf spring expansion packs. With externally adjustable compression damping and precision-tuned components, this system provides outstanding performance for towing, off-road use, and demanding work environments while maintaining excellent on-road comfort.
Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Improved Clearance
The ICON 2.5 Series coilover conversion provides adjustable ride height from 2.5” to 3” of front lift, allowing improved ground clearance and clearance for larger wheel and tire combinations. This adjustable design helps maintain proper vehicle stance while supporting heavy-duty use.
2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDCV Control
Front coilovers feature remote reservoirs and ICON’s CDC Valve technology, providing 10 levels of externally adjustable compression damping. This allows drivers to easily tune ride firmness to match driving conditions, whether on highways, job sites, or off-road terrain.
Front Secondary Shocks for Maximum Damping
The Stage 5 system includes secondary front shocks designed to significantly increase damping control under heavy loads and aggressive driving conditions. This dual-shock configuration improves handling stability and reduces suspension fatigue during demanding use.
Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs
Heavy-duty rear leaf spring expansion packs, blocks, and U-bolts improve rear suspension compliance while reducing axle wrap. This upgrade enhances ride comfort, improves towing stability, and supports consistent performance under load.
Adjustable Front Track Bar for Proper Alignment
An adjustable front track bar with heavy-duty rod ends allows accurate front axle centering after lifting. This improves steering precision, alignment accuracy, and overall suspension geometry.
Dual Steering Stabilizer Kit
The included dual steering stabilizer system improves steering control and reduces bump steer and steering feedback, especially when operating larger tires or driving on rough terrain.
Rear Piggyback Reservoir Shocks
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series rear piggyback reservoir shocks increase oil capacity and cooling efficiency, ensuring consistent damping performance and improved control during heavy-duty driving conditions.
