The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Coilover Suspension System is a premium upgrade engineered for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to enhance ride quality, improve suspension performance, and support larger tire fitment, this system features adjustable 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, rear leaf spring expansion packs, and piggyback reservoir rear shocks. Built for towing, job-site use, and off-road driving, this system delivers improved stability, durability, and overall vehicle control.

Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Improved Capability

ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers provide adjustable lift from 2.5” to 3” of front lift over stock. This increased ride height improves ground clearance and supports larger wheel and tire combinations while maintaining predictable handling characteristics.

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers

The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and cooling efficiency, helping maintain consistent damping performance under heavy loads and demanding driving conditions. This design improves overall ride comfort and suspension response across varied terrain. 

Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Packs for Improved Ride Quality

This system includes rear leaf spring expansion packs, lift blocks, and U-bolts designed to reduce axle wrap and deliver a more compliant ride. These components help maintain proper ride balance and improve overall suspension stability during towing or off-road use. 

2.5 Aluminum Series Rear Piggyback Shocks

Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series rear piggyback reservoir shocks provide improved damping control and heat dissipation. These shocks help maintain stable handling and consistent performance even during extended heavy-duty driving. 

Adjustable Front Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment

An adjustable front track bar allows precise axle centering following lift installation, improving steering feel and minimizing unwanted suspension deflection during aggressive driving or towing operations.

Alignment Cams for Correct Caster Geometry

Application-specific alignment cams are included to ensure proper caster settings after lift installation. This improves steering stability and enhances long-term tire wear characteristics.

Maintains Factory Towing Performance

This Stage 3 system is engineered to increase suspension capability without sacrificing towing capacity. The balanced suspension design reduces body roll and improves stability across both highway driving and heavy-duty applications.
