The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Coilover Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade designed for 2008–2010 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD diesel trucks. This complete coilover conversion system delivers improved ride quality, enhanced handling, and increased suspension control for demanding applications such as towing, heavy-duty work, and off-road driving. Featuring 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, rear leaf spring expansion packs, and adjustable steering and track components, this system provides exceptional durability and balanced performance in all driving conditions.
Adjustable 2.5–3” Front Lift for Improved Stance
ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable lift height from 2.5” to 3” over stock, allowing improved ground clearance and clearance for larger wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability helps maintain proper suspension geometry while improving off-road capability and overall vehicle stance.
2.5 Series Coilovers with CDC Valve Technology
The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs and ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology, offering 10 external compression settings from soft to firm. This allows drivers to fine-tune ride quality and damping performance to match terrain, load conditions, or driving preferences.
Secondary Front Shocks for Increased Damping Control
Vehicle-specific 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir secondary shocks provide additional front-end damping capacity, improving suspension control and stability during heavy-duty use or aggressive off-road driving.
Fabricated Radius Arms for Strength and Alignment
The included fabricated radius arm system improves caster alignment and increases overall suspension strength. Its boxed construction enhances durability while optimizing tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing clearance for larger tire sizes without interference.
Dual Steering Stabilizer System for Enhanced Control
This system includes dual opposing steering stabilizers that reduce steering vibration and improve control, particularly when running larger tires or driving on uneven terrain.
Rear Leaf Spring Expansion Pack for Load Support
Rear leaf spring expansion packs with blocks and U-bolts provide improved load handling and reduced axle wrap. This design enhances ride comfort while maintaining towing capability and rear suspension stability.
Adjustable Front Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment
An adjustable front track bar with a high-strength FK rod end helps maintain proper axle centering after lift installation. This component improves steering precision and minimizes deflection under load.
