The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System is a premium coilover conversion upgrade engineered for 2017–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. Designed to deliver superior ride quality, increased wheel travel, and improved handling, this system features height-adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers, fabricated heavy-duty radius arms, and performance-tuned shock components. The result is a highly capable suspension system that enhances both daily driving comfort and off-road performance while maintaining strength and durability for demanding applications.

Adjustable 4–5.5” Front Lift for Maximum Clearance

The ICON 2.5 Series coilover conversion system delivers adjustable lift height from approximately 4” to 5.5”, allowing increased ground clearance and the ability to run larger wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability also enables precise stance tuning to match vehicle setup and performance goals. 

2.5 Series Coilover Conversion for Improved Ride Quality

This system replaces the factory front coil springs with ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series coilovers featuring corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies and large-diameter shafts. The coilover design increases wheel travel, improves damping performance, and significantly enhances both on-road comfort and off-road capability. 

Fabricated Radius Arms with On-Vehicle Caster Adjustment

The included fabricated radius arm system features sealed pivot bushings that reduce noise and vibration while ensuring long service life. Their fully boxed construction increases strength and allows on-vehicle caster adjustment, while the optimized design improves tire clearance at full steering lock—supporting fitment of up to 37” tires. 

Secondary Shock Compatibility for Expanded Performance

The coilover conversion architecture allows for the addition of secondary shocks, giving users the ability to further enhance suspension damping and performance when tackling extreme off-road terrain or heavy-duty driving conditions.

Vehicle-Specific Shock Valving for Balanced Control

ICON engineers developed application-specific shock valving to deliver improved handling, reduced body roll, and consistent damping performance across both highway and off-road environments. This balanced suspension setup enhances stability and ride comfort across a wide range of driving conditions.

Heavy-Duty Construction for Long-Term Reliability

Premium materials including FK rod-end bearings and high-strength fabricated components provide extended service life and minimal deflection under load. Fully rebuildable shocks ensure long-term serviceability and performance reliability.

Optimized Suspension Geometry and Wheel Travel
