ICON 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 4-5.5" Lift Stage 5 Coilover Conversion w/ Radius Arm (K63135R)
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Coilover Conversion System with Radius Arms is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to deliver adjustable lift height, improved ride quality, and enhanced suspension articulation, this system features ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers, fabricated radius arms, rear piggyback reservoir shocks, and upgraded link components. Built for heavy-duty performance, towing, and aggressive off-road use, this system dramatically improves handling, stability, and ride comfort while maintaining long-term durability.
Adjustable 4–5.5” Front Lift for Custom Ride Height
The included ICON coilovers provide adjustable lift height ranging from approximately 4” to 5.5”, allowing drivers to fine-tune vehicle stance and optimize tire clearance. This adjustability supports larger wheel and tire combinations while maintaining proper suspension geometry and performance.
2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers
ICON 2.5 Series coilovers feature remote reservoirs that improve heat dissipation and increase oil capacity, delivering consistent damping performance under heavy loads and demanding terrain conditions. Vehicle-specific valving ensures excellent ride comfort both on-road and off-road.
Heavy-Duty Fabricated Radius Arms
This Stage 5 system includes ICON fabricated radius arms featuring sealed pivot bushings that reduce road feedback and ensure long service life. Their boxed construction increases strength and improves tire clearance at full steering lock, allowing fitment of up to 37” tires with proper wheel selection.
4-Link System for Improved Suspension Articulation
The included 4-link brackets and link components improve suspension movement and reduce bind throughout the suspension cycle. This results in increased articulation, improved traction, and smoother ride characteristics across uneven terrain.
Rear Piggyback Reservoir Shocks
ICON 2.5 Series rear piggyback reservoir shocks feature impact-extruded aluminum cylinders that improve corrosion resistance and maintain consistent damping performance. This helps balance ride characteristics between front and rear suspension systems.
Dual Steering Stabilizers for Enhanced Control
The system includes dual opposing steering stabilizers that reduce steering vibration and improve overall control, particularly when running larger tires or driving in demanding off-road conditions.
Improved Wheel Travel and Ride Dynamics
This coilover conversion increases wheel travel compared to factory suspension, reducing body roll and improving overall ride stability. The result is enhanced traction, better control, and improved comfort during daily driving, towing, or off-road use.
Built for Long-Term Durability
High-strength components including CAD-plated shock bodies, FK rod-end bearings, and lifetime-guaranteed Eibach coil springs provide reliable long-term performance and resistance to wear under demanding driving conditions.
