The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System for the 2011–2016 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty is a premium suspension upgrade engineered to deliver exceptional ride quality, increased wheel travel, and maximum adjustability. Designed as an evolution of ICON’s popular 4.5” systems, this kit replaces the factory coil spring setup with a high-performance coilover system while incorporating heavy-duty radius arms for improved strength and geometry.

Adjustable 4–5.5” Lift for Dialed-In Stance

This system provides adjustable lift from 4 to 5.5 inches, allowing you to fine-tune ride height for optimal stance, improved ground clearance, and larger tire fitment. The coilover design enables precise preload adjustment for a customized setup. 

2.5 Series Coilover Conversion for Superior Ride Quality

ICON’s 2.5 Series coilovers replace the factory coil springs, delivering improved damping performance, better control, and increased suspension travel. This conversion significantly enhances both on-road comfort and off-road capability by reducing front-end dive and improving responsiveness.

Coilover Conversion System for Increased Travel

The coilover conversion design improves suspension efficiency by eliminating limitations found in the factory setup. This results in smoother articulation, better shock performance, and increased overall wheel travel for demanding off-road conditions. 

Heavy-Duty Radius Arm System

This Stage 4 system includes ICON’s fabricated radius arms, designed to improve strength, correct caster geometry, and enhance articulation. The robust construction provides increased durability and better performance when running larger tires or tackling rough terrain.

Complete Suspension Geometry Correction

The system includes key components such as track bar relocation, sway bar links, bump stop extensions, and brake line brackets to properly correct suspension and steering geometry after lifting. This ensures stable handling, reduced wear, and long-term reliability.

Constructed with CNC-machined aluminum shock bodies and high-quality hardware, this system is built to withstand extreme conditions. ICON shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable, ensuring long-term performance and serviceability.
