The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Coilover Conversion System is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to provide adjustable ride height, improved suspension travel, and exceptional ride control, this system replaces factory front coil springs with high-performance coilovers while incorporating rear reservoir shocks and supporting geometry-correcting components. Built for heavy-duty towing, off-road driving, and daily use, this system delivers improved ride quality and superior durability in demanding environments. 

Adjustable 4–5.5” Front Lift for Custom Ride Height

The included ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 4” to 5.5” of lift. This adjustability allows drivers to fine-tune vehicle stance and optimize clearance for larger tires while maintaining stable handling characteristics. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers

ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that improve heat dissipation and increase oil capacity for consistent damping performance. Vehicle-specific shock valving enhances ride comfort and improves control across both highway and off-road conditions. 

Rear Piggyback Reservoir Shocks for Balanced Performance

The rear suspension includes ICON 2.5 Series piggyback reservoir shocks that provide enhanced damping consistency and improved ride stability. These shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable, ensuring long-term serviceability and performance. 

Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Design

This system installs directly into the factory coil bucket location using a bolt-in design, eliminating the need for major modifications. This configuration improves suspension function while maintaining factory mounting strength and reliability. 

4-Link Suspension System for Improved Articulation

The included 4-link conversion replaces factory radius arms, reducing suspension bind and improving articulation throughout the suspension cycle. This upgrade enhances steering response, ride comfort, and off-road capability.

Increased Wheel Travel and Reduced Body Roll

Vehicle-specific suspension geometry increases overall wheel travel while reducing body roll. This results in improved traction, better handling stability, and greater comfort when driving over rough terrain. 

Built for Heavy-Duty Performance Applications

Designed with high-strength components and FK rod-end bearings, this system delivers long-lasting durability under demanding towing, hauling, and off-road conditions. All shock components are fully serviceable to maintain peak performance over time.
