The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Coilover Conversion System is a high-performance suspension upgrade engineered for 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to provide improved ride quality, enhanced suspension travel, and adjustable ride height, this system replaces the factory front suspension with premium 2.5 Series coilovers and supporting components. Built for both on-road comfort and off-road capability, this system delivers superior handling stability and long-term durability in demanding conditions. 

Adjustable 4–5.5” Front Lift for Custom Ride Height

The included ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 4” to 5.5” of lift. This flexibility allows users to fine-tune stance, optimize clearance for larger tires, and customize the vehicle setup for towing, hauling, or off-road performance. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers

The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation. Vehicle-specific valving ensures consistent damping performance and improved ride quality across both paved roads and rough terrain. These shocks are fully rebuildable and revalvable, allowing long-term serviceability. 

Bolt-In Coilover Conversion Design

This system installs directly into the factory coil bucket location, eliminating the need for major chassis modifications. The bolt-in design simplifies installation while maintaining factory mounting integrity and long-term reliability. 

Reduced Body Roll and Improved Handling

ICON engineered this system to reduce body roll and improve suspension control, delivering better on-road stability and improved off-road confidence. The enhanced suspension dynamics improve driver control across varying terrain conditions. 

Capability for Secondary Shock Upgrades

The coilover conversion design allows for optional secondary shock additions, enabling further suspension tuning and performance upgrades for demanding off-road use or heavy-duty applications.

Rear Suspension Enhancements for Balanced Performance

The system includes rear piggyback reservoir shocks, lift blocks, U-bolts, and supporting components that improve rear suspension performance and balance overall ride dynamics between front and rear suspension systems.

ICON coilovers feature corrosion-resistant CAD-plated aluminum shock bodies and heavy-duty 7/8” shafts for strength and durability. These high-quality materials ensure reliable performance in harsh environments and demanding driving conditions.
