The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for 2023 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD gasoline models. Designed to deliver improved ride quality, enhanced handling, and increased suspension capability, this system builds upon entry-level kits by incorporating remote reservoir shock technology and upgraded geometry components. With approximately 2.5 inches of lift, the Stage 4 system levels the vehicle while significantly improving comfort, control, and performance both on-road and off-road.

2.5” Lift for Level Stance and Larger Tire Fitment

This system provides approximately 2.5 inches of front lift to level the factory rake commonly found on Super Duty trucks. The increased ride height improves ground clearance and allows for larger tire fitment, giving your truck a more aggressive appearance while enhancing off-road capability. 

Remote Reservoir 2.5 Series Shock Technology

The Stage 4 system features ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series front remote reservoir shocks paired with rear piggyback reservoir shocks. These advanced shock designs increase oil capacity and cooling efficiency, helping maintain consistent damping performance under heavy loads, towing conditions, and off-road use. 

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Improved Ride Quality

Vehicle-specific dual-rate coil springs are optimized for gasoline-powered Super Duty trucks, delivering improved ride comfort and better load handling. This spring design enhances suspension response across varying terrain while maintaining predictable handling characteristics. 

Upgraded Geometry Components for Stability

The system includes alignment cams and an adjustable track bar to maintain proper suspension geometry after lifting. These components help ensure correct axle alignment, improved steering feel, and enhanced overall vehicle stability at lifted ride heights.
