The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 6 Suspension System is a premium leveling and performance upgrade engineered for 2020–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks. Designed to enhance ride quality, handling precision, and off-road capability, this system features dual-rate front coil springs, 2.5 Series CDCV remote reservoir shocks, fabricated radius arms, an adjustable track bar, and a dual steering stabilizer system. This fully integrated suspension solution delivers improved comfort, increased wheel travel, and exceptional control for towing, work, and off-road applications.

2.5” Lift for Improved Stance and Capability

This system provides approximately 2.5” of front lift to level the vehicle and improve ground clearance. The lift allows fitment of up to 35” tires, improving both vehicle stance and off-road capability while maintaining predictable handling characteristics. 

2.5 Series CDCV Remote Reservoir Shocks

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks feature Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology that allows quick external compression adjustment. Remote reservoir front shocks and piggyback rear shocks increase oil capacity and cooling efficiency, maintaining consistent damping performance under heavy loads and aggressive driving conditions. 

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Balanced Ride Quality

ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver smooth ride comfort while maintaining excellent load handling capability. This progressive design improves vehicle control across varying terrain and enhances stability when towing or hauling heavy loads. 

Fabricated Radius Arm System for Strength and Geometry

The included heavy-duty fabricated radius arms improve caster alignment, increase component strength, and provide additional tire clearance at steering lock. These arms enhance steering precision and durability under demanding driving conditions. 

Adjustable Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment

An adjustable front track bar is included to properly center the front axle after lift installation. This component improves steering feel, handling stability, and suspension geometry for both highway and off-road driving. 

Dual Opposing Steering Stabilizer System

This system includes ICON’s dual opposing 2.0 Aluminum Series steering stabilizers, designed to reduce steering feedback, minimize bump steer, and improve directional control when running larger tires or driving across uneven terrain. 

Increased Wheel Travel and Suspension Performance

The Stage 6 system increases front wheel travel by approximately 25% compared to stock suspension. This additional travel improves traction, articulation, and ride comfort across rough terrain and job-site conditions. 

Built for Heavy-Duty Work and Off-Road Use

Designed specifically for diesel-powered Super Duty trucks, this system maintains factory towing capability while improving ride comfort and durability. All shock components are fully rebuildable and revalvable, ensuring long-term performance and serviceability.
