The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System for the 2020–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty 4WD Diesel is a premium, mid-to-high level suspension upgrade designed to deliver superior ride quality, increased wheel travel, and enhanced off-road capability. Engineered specifically for the updated Super Duty platform, this system features 2.5 Series remote reservoir shocks, progressive-rate coil springs, and tubular upper control arms to provide balanced performance for daily driving, towing, and aggressive off-road use.

2.5” Lift with Vehicle-Specific Spring Engineering

This system provides approximately 2.5 inches of front lift using ICON-engineered progressive-rate coil springs designed specifically for 2020–2022 Super Duty models. These springs ensure proper ride height while maintaining excellent ride quality, predictability, and load-handling capability.

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Shocks

ICON 2.5 Series shocks feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation, delivering consistent damping performance even under heavy loads or extended off-road use. This setup enhances control, reduces shock fade, and provides a smooth, composed ride across varying terrain.

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Improved Geometry

Heavy-duty tubular upper control arms are included to correct suspension geometry on lifted applications. These arms improve caster and camber alignment while increasing durability and allowing for greater suspension articulation compared to factory components.

Enhanced Rear Suspension Performance

The rear suspension system is tuned to complement the upgraded front components, improving load stability, towing performance, and ride comfort. The combination of tuned shocks and rear spring support ensures balanced handling both on and off-road.
