The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System for the 2017–2019 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Diesel is a premium suspension upgrade designed to improve ride quality, increase wheel travel, and enhance overall performance on and off-road. Featuring ICON’s 2.5 Series piggyback reservoir shocks, dual-rate coil springs, and an adjustable track bar, this system delivers a balanced combination of comfort, control, and capability for daily driving, towing, and off-road use.

2.5” Lift for Improved Clearance and Stance

This system provides approximately 2.5 inches of front lift, allowing for larger tire fitment and improved ground clearance. The result is a more aggressive stance while maintaining excellent road manners and towing stability.

2.5 Series Piggyback Reservoir Shocks

ICON 2.5 Series shocks feature piggyback reservoirs that increase oil capacity and cooling efficiency, reducing fade during extended use. These shocks are vehicle-specific tuned to deliver consistent damping performance and superior control across a wide range of terrain.

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Balanced Performance

ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs provide a soft initial rate for improved ride comfort and a firmer secondary rate for added support under load. This design ensures excellent on-road comfort while maintaining stability and control during off-road driving or towing.

Adjustable Track Bar for Proper Alignment

An adjustable front track bar is included to properly center the front axle after lifting. This corrects suspension geometry, improves handling, and ensures long-term durability of suspension components. 

Vehicle-Specific Shock Tuning

The shocks are specifically tuned for the Super Duty platform and incorporate an internal bump zone that increases damping force during heavy compression events. This results in improved bottom-out control and enhanced overall ride performance.

Enhanced Ride Quality and Off-Road Capability

This Stage 3 system is engineered to significantly improve ride comfort compared to stock suspension while increasing off-road capability. It provides better control over uneven terrain and maintains a smooth, composed ride on pavement.
