The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 12 Suspension System is a premium upgrade engineered for the 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD, delivering maximum wheel travel, intelligent damping control, and outstanding ride quality both on and off-road. Featuring 2.5 Series front coilovers with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs, billet aluminum upper control arms, dual-rate rear coil springs, and ICON Intelligent Control technology, this system is designed for drivers who demand next-level suspension performance and adaptability across changing terrain conditions.
Adjustable 1.25–3” Front Lift for Enhanced Capability
ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable lift height from 1.25” to 3” over stock, allowing improved ground clearance and clearance for larger wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability enhances off-road capability while maintaining excellent daily driving comfort and vehicle stability.
2.5 Series Coilovers with CDEV Remote Reservoirs
The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase shock oil capacity and cooling efficiency, helping prevent overheating and damper fade during demanding use. ICON’s CDEV (Compression Damping Electronic Valve) technology allows real-time compression damping adjustments for improved vehicle control across varying terrain.
ICON Intelligent Control for Adaptive Suspension Response
This system includes ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), which uses onboard sensors to monitor chassis movement and G-forces, making near-instant compression damping adjustments automatically. Once configured through the mobile app, the system continuously adapts to changing terrain conditions without driver input.
Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
The included billet aluminum upper control arms improve suspension geometry, increase alignment capability, and enhance durability. Equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, they provide increased articulation and eliminate bind, maximizing suspension travel and long-term reliability.
Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Balanced Ride Quality
The dual-rate rear coil springs deliver a soft initial spring rate for comfort and a firmer secondary rate for load support and bottom-out resistance. This design improves ride quality while maintaining stability and performance under varying load conditions. Approximately 0.75” of rear lift helps maintain a level stance front to rear.
Adjustable Billet Rear Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment
An adjustable billet rear track bar helps re-center the rear axle following lift installation. The double-adjuster design allows on-vehicle adjustments without removal, improving suspension geometry and handling performance.
Improved Front Suspension Geometry and CV Reliability
A front differential drop system improves CV joint operating angles and maximizes available suspension travel. Polyurethane differential mounting bushings help reduce unwanted movement under load, improving drivetrain reliability and overall durability.
Balanced Rear Shock Performance with Integrated Bump Zones
