The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered for 2025–2026 Toyota 4Runner 4WD models. Designed to increase wheel travel, improve damping control, and enhance overall ride quality, this system features adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, dual-rate rear springs, and an adjustable rear track bar. Built for both daily driving and serious off-road performance, this system delivers improved vehicle control, superior durability, and balanced suspension performance across varied terrain conditions. 

Adjustable 1.25–3” Front Lift for Improved Clearance

ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 1.25” to 3” over stock, allowing the installation of larger wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability improves ground clearance and overall stance while maintaining proper suspension geometry and ride comfort. 

2.5 Series Coilovers with Internal Reservoirs

The front coilovers feature internal reservoirs that increase oil capacity and improve cooling performance. These vehicle-specific tuned shocks deliver consistent damping performance and improved handling across both highway and off-road conditions. 

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

This system includes precision CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms designed to improve front-end geometry and allow increased caster and camber adjustment. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO provides enhanced articulation and durability while eliminating suspension bind during full travel cycles. 

Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Comfort and Stability

The dual-rate rear coil springs provide approximately 0.75” of rear lift and are engineered to deliver a smooth ride during daily driving while improving bottom-out resistance under heavy loads or rough terrain.

Front Differential Drop for Improved CV Angles

A front differential drop system is included to improve CV joint operating angles and maximize available suspension travel. Polyurethane differential bushings replace factory components to reduce movement under load and improve drivetrain durability. 

Adjustable Rear Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment

The included billet adjustable rear track bar allows precise on-vehicle adjustment to re-center the rear axle following lift installation. This helps maintain proper suspension alignment and improves handling stability. 

Balanced Rear Shock Performance

ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with internal reservoirs are tuned specifically for the 4Runner platform to provide balanced front-to-rear damping performance, resulting in improved ride comfort and stability across varied terrain.
