ICON 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma 1.25-3" Lift, Stage 12 Suspension System, Tubular, Overland Rear Springs (K53302TX)
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 12 Suspension System is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma, delivering enhanced wheel travel, adjustable damping performance, and outstanding ride quality both on and off-road. Featuring 2.5 Series coilovers with CDXS remote reservoirs, tubular upper control arms, billet rear links, and overland-spec rear springs designed to support additional rear load, this system is built for drivers who demand precision handling, durability, and dependable performance across rugged terrain.
Adjustable 1.25–3” Front Lift for Improved Capability
ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable lift height from 1.25” to 3” over stock, allowing improved ground clearance and larger tire fitment. This adjustable ride height helps optimize suspension geometry and enhances overall off-road capability and vehicle stance.
2.5 Series Coilovers with CDXS Remote Reservoirs
The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and cooling efficiency, reducing heat buildup and preventing shock fade during demanding use. CDXS dual-speed compression adjustment allows independent tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression for customized ride control.
Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
The included tubular upper control arms improve suspension geometry by adding caster correction and increasing component clearance. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO replaces factory ball joints with a serviceable design that allows full suspension travel while reducing bind and improving long-term reliability.
Overland Rear Springs Designed for Added Load
Dual-rate overland rear coil springs provide approximately 0.5” of rear lift when carrying around 600 pounds of additional rear weight. This design improves load handling, enhances bottom-out resistance, and delivers improved ride comfort for overland or gear-heavy setups.
Billet Rear Links for Increased Articulation
Billet rear upper and lower links allow precise pinion angle adjustment and improve rear suspension articulation. Their high-strength construction enhances drivetrain alignment and durability under demanding driving conditions.
Adjustable Rear Track Bar for Proper Axle Positioning
An adjustable rear track bar allows on-vehicle length adjustment to properly re-center the rear axle after lift installation. This improves suspension alignment and ensures stable handling and predictable vehicle control.
Improved Front-End Geometry and Drivetrain Reliability
A front differential drop system is included to improve CV joint operating angles and maximize available wheel travel. Polyurethane differential bushings reduce unwanted movement under load, improving drivetrain durability and long-term reliability.
Balanced Rear Shock Performance
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs are specifically tuned to match the front suspension components, delivering balanced damping performance and consistent control across a wide range of terrain conditions.
