Adjustable 1.25–3” Front Lift for Larger Tire Fitment
ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift height from 1.25” to 3” over stock, allowing you to fine-tune ride height and accommodate larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This adjustability improves ground clearance, stance, and overall off-road capability.
2.5 Series Coilovers with CDEV Remote Reservoir Technology
The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and cooling surface area, helping resist heat buildup and shock fade under demanding conditions. ICON’s Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology delivers consistent performance and enhanced vehicle control across varied terrain.
ICON Intelligent Control for Adaptive Suspension Performance
This system includes ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), which uses onboard sensors to monitor vehicle movement and terrain conditions, making near-instant compression damping adjustments. Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
The included tubular upper control arms improve suspension geometry, increase caster alignment, and enhance component clearance. Equipped with ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO, these arms provide up to 90 degrees of articulation while eliminating bind and maximizing usable suspension travel.
Overland Rear Springs for Loaded Vehicles
The dual-rate overland rear coil springs are designed to provide approximately 0.5” of rear lift with around 600 pounds of additional rear weight. This design offers a comfortable initial spring rate combined with a firmer overload rate, delivering improved load handling, bottom-out resistance, and stability for heavily equipped overland builds.
Balanced Rear Shock Performance with Integrated Bump Zones
ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs feature integrated bump zones for improved damping and bottom-out control. These shocks are tuned specifically for the Tacoma platform to provide balanced front-to-rear suspension performance.
Improved CV Angles and Front-End Durability
A front differential drop system is included to optimize CV joint angles and maximize available wheel travel on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential bushings help reduce unwanted movement under load, improving long-term drivetrain durability and performance.
