ICON 2022-2024 Toyota Tundra, 6" Lift, Stage 7 Suspension System, Tubular, CDXS (K53277TD)
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System is a high-performance lift solution engineered for 2022–2024 Toyota Tundra models. Designed to significantly increase suspension travel, improve damping control, and enhance off-road capability, this system features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDXS dual-speed compression adjustment, tubular upper control arms, heavy-duty steering components, and triple-rate rear springs. With geometry-correcting components and rugged construction, this system delivers exceptional ride quality, durability, and performance across both highway and extreme off-road environments.
Adjustable 5–6” Front Lift for Maximum Ground Clearance
This system provides adjustable front lift ranging from approximately 5” to 6” over stock, improving ground clearance and allowing installation of up to 37” tires. The increased ride height dramatically enhances off-road capability while maintaining factory track width and stable handling characteristics.
2.5 Series Coilovers with CDXS Dual-Speed Compression
The included 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers and rear shocks feature ICON’s CDXS technology, allowing independent adjustment of both high-speed and low-speed compression damping. This dual-speed adjustability enables precise tuning for comfort, load handling, and aggressive off-road performance.
Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
Heavy-duty tubular upper control arms improve caster alignment and front suspension geometry. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO provides increased articulation and long-term durability with up to 90 degrees of movement, helping maximize suspension travel and reliability.
High-Strength Steering Knuckles and Crossmembers
This system includes single-piece ductile iron steering knuckles with built-in drop geometry along with high-clearance front crossmembers and skid plates fabricated from heavy-duty steel. These components help maintain proper alignment and improve durability under demanding driving conditions.
Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Balanced Ride Quality
ICON triple-rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring performance that improves comfort during daily driving while increasing bottom-out resistance during aggressive off-road use or heavy loading conditions.
Adjustable Rear Links and Track Bar for Proper Geometry
Heavy-duty tubular rear upper and lower links improve articulation and allow pinion angle adjustment, while the adjustable rear track bar re-centers the axle and maintains proper suspension alignment after lift installation.
Up to 40% Increase in Front Wheel Travel
This Stage 7 system increases front wheel travel by up to 40% compared to stock suspension. The improved articulation enhances traction and stability across uneven terrain while reducing bump steer and improving overall handling.
Engineered for Serious Off-Road Performance
The system includes sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty bump stop brackets, high-angle tie rods, and reinforced suspension hardware. These components ensure dependable performance under demanding trail conditions while maintaining long-term durability and serviceability.
