The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 3.0 Suspension System is a premium high-performance upgrade engineered for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia models. Building upon ICON’s proven suspension architecture, this system features large-diameter 3.0 Series remote reservoir coilovers with Compression Damping Electronic Valves (CDEV), billet aluminum upper control arms, billet rear suspension links, and dual-rate rear springs. Designed to maximize suspension travel, improve ride comfort, and deliver exceptional off-road capability, this system provides active electronic damping adjustment and enhanced alignment capability for superior performance in all driving conditions. 

Adjustable 3–4.25” Front Lift for Larger Tires

The 3.0 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 3” to 4.25” over stock when paired with the included billet upper control arms. This increased ride height improves ground clearance and allows for fitment of up to 35” tires, enhancing both off-road capability and overall vehicle stance. 

3.0 Series Coilovers with CDEV Electronic Damping

ICON 3.0 Series remote reservoir coilovers feature Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology with active damping control. Using ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), onboard sensors automatically adjust compression damping in real time to match terrain conditions, delivering improved ride comfort and enhanced off-road stability. 

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

Precision CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms improve caster and camber alignment while increasing suspension durability. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO allows full suspension articulation without binding, improving overall wheel travel and long-term reliability.

Billet Rear Links and Adjustable Track Bar

This system includes billet aluminum rear upper and lower links that improve articulation and allow precise pinion angle adjustments. An adjustable billet rear track bar ensures proper axle centering after lift installation, maintaining correct suspension geometry and predictable handling.

Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Ride Comfort

Dual-rate rear coil springs provide improved comfort during daily driving while delivering increased resistance to bottom-out under load or during aggressive off-road use. This progressive spring design improves both stability and performance across varying terrain. 

3.0 Series Rear Remote Reservoir Shocks

The rear suspension features ICON 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks equipped with CDEV technology. These shocks provide increased oil capacity, improved heat dissipation, and balanced damping performance between front and rear suspension components. 

Up to 40% Increase in Suspension Travel

Vehicle-specific shock lengths and optimized geometry allow up to a 40% increase in front suspension travel compared to stock components. This improvement enhances traction, vehicle stability, and ride quality across challenging off-road terrain.
