The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 12 Suspension System is a premium high-performance suspension upgrade engineered for 2023–2025 Toyota Sequoia TRD models. Designed to maximize suspension travel, improve ride comfort, and deliver advanced off-road capability, this system features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, tubular upper control arms, adjustable rear links, and dual-rate rear coil springs. With ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) providing automatic damping adjustments, this system delivers exceptional stability, articulation, and comfort across all driving conditions.
Adjustable 3–4.5” Front Lift for Larger Tires
The included ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 3” to 4.5” over stock height. This lift range improves ground clearance and allows fitment of up to 35” tires, enhancing both off-road performance and overall vehicle stance.
2.5 Series Coilovers with CDEV Electronic Damping
ICON’s CDEV technology allows electronic compression adjustment at each shock, controlled through the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system. Onboard sensors automatically adjust damping based on terrain conditions, delivering improved ride comfort, control, and bottom-out resistance.
Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
The included tubular upper control arms improve suspension geometry and caster alignment while providing increased durability and articulation. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO allows full suspension travel while reducing binding and improving long-term reliability.
Adjustable Tubular Rear Links for Maximum Articulation
Heavy-duty tubular rear upper and lower links improve articulation and allow precise pinion angle adjustment. Constructed from DOM steel tubing with corrosion-resistant finishes, these components enhance durability and suspension flexibility under demanding driving conditions.
Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Balanced Performance
The dual-rate rear coil spring design delivers a comfortable ride during daily driving while increasing resistance to bottoming under heavy loads or aggressive off-road driving. Depending on configuration, rear lift provides approximately 2” on TRD models to maintain a level stance.
Adjustable Rear Track Bar for Proper Alignment
An adjustable billet rear track bar allows the rear axle to be properly centered after lift installation. Double-adjuster threads allow on-vehicle tuning for precise alignment and improved handling performance.
Up to 40% Increase in Suspension Travel
Vehicle-specific shock lengths and valving allow up to a 40% increase in suspension travel compared to stock components. This added travel improves traction, stability, and overall ride performance across challenging terrain.
