The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 3.0 Suspension System with Tubular Upper Control Arms is a premium suspension upgrade engineered specifically for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra models. This advanced system builds upon ICON’s Stage 1 platform with the addition of electronic compression damping technology, tubular suspension links, and enhanced geometry correction components. Featuring massive 3.0 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDEV electronic damping, tubular upper control arms, and matched 2.5 Series rear reservoir shocks, this system delivers exceptional ride comfort, improved handling, and increased wheel travel for demanding off-road and overland applications.
Adjustable 2–3.25” Front Lift for Larger Tire Fitment
The ICON 3.0 Series front coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 2” to 3.25” of lift when used with the included tubular upper control arms. This lift range improves ground clearance and allows fitment of up to 35” tires, enhancing both off-road performance and overall vehicle stance.
3.0 Series Coilovers with CDEV Electronic Damping
The large-diameter 3.0 Series coilovers feature Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, allowing real-time adjustment of damping performance through the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) system. This advanced technology automatically adapts to changing terrain conditions, delivering optimal ride comfort and control.
Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
The included tubular upper control arms improve suspension geometry, provide additional caster correction, and enhance durability. Equipped with ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO, these control arms allow full suspension travel while eliminating bind and maximizing articulation.
Tubular Rear Upper and Lower Links

2.5 Series Rear Remote Reservoir Shocks
