The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 3.0 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra models. Building upon the Stage 1 platform, this system introduces advanced Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology and ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), delivering active suspension tuning and exceptional ride control. Featuring 3.0 Series remote reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, billet rear links, and 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks, this system provides increased suspension travel, enhanced alignment capability, and improved performance both on-road and off-road. 

Adjustable 1.25–3.25” Front Lift for Improved Stance

The included 3.0 Series coilovers provide adjustable front lift from 1.25” to 3.25” when paired with the billet upper control arms. This increased height improves ground clearance and allows installation of up to 35” tires, delivering a more aggressive stance and enhanced off-road capability.

3.0 Series Coilovers with CDEV and Intelligent Control

This system features ICON’s CDEV technology with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC), enabling active compression damping adjustments based on terrain conditions. Drivers can fine-tune suspension behavior using the IIC interface, allowing precise control of ride quality and bottom-out resistance during aggressive driving.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

Precision CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms improve suspension geometry, allowing increased caster and camber adjustment. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO design replaces factory ball joints and allows full suspension travel while minimizing binding and increasing long-term durability. 

Billet Rear Links for Improved Articulation

This system includes billet rear upper and lower links designed to enhance articulation and allow precise pinion angle adjustments. These components improve suspension function and drivetrain alignment under demanding driving conditions.

2.5 Series Rear Remote Reservoir Shocks

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks with remote reservoirs provide improved heat dissipation and consistent damping performance. Their larger oil capacity supports balanced suspension behavior and improved ride quality across rough terrain. 

Hydraulic Bump Zone for Superior Bottom-Out Control

The 3.0 Series coilovers feature ICON’s multi-stage hydraulic “Bump Zone,” which increases damping force near the end of suspension travel. This design significantly improves bottom-out resistance during high-speed off-road driving or unexpected impacts. 

Enhanced Suspension Travel and Ride Control

Vehicle-specific shock lengths and advanced geometry provide up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel compared to stock suspension. This increased articulation improves traction, ride stability, and driver confidence across challenging terrain.
