ICON 2022-2025 Toyota Tundra, 1.25-3.25" Lift, Stage 3 (TRD), 3.0 Suspension System, Billet, CDCV (K53213S)
The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 3.0 Suspension System is a premium suspension upgrade engineered for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra models equipped with TRD packages. Designed to significantly increase suspension travel, enhance damping performance, and improve overall ride quality, this system features large-diameter 3.0 Series CDCV remote reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, triple-rate rear coil springs, and adjustable rear suspension components. Built for demanding off-road use and daily drivability, this system delivers precise handling, improved comfort, and outstanding durability across all terrain types.
Adjustable 1.25–3.25” Front Lift for Improved Stance
The ICON 3.0 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 1.25” to 3.25” over stock when paired with the included billet upper control arms. This adjustability improves ground clearance and allows the installation of larger wheel and tire combinations while maintaining proper suspension geometry and ride quality.
3.0 Series Coilovers with CDC Valve Technology
The front and rear shocks feature ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology with 10 levels of compression adjustment. These larger 3.0 Series shocks offer increased piston surface area and improved heat dissipation, delivering consistent performance and improved bottom-out resistance during aggressive off-road driving.
Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO
Precision CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms improve caster and camber alignment while increasing suspension durability. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO provides up to 90 degrees of articulation, allowing full suspension travel while eliminating bind and enhancing long-term reliability.
Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Balanced Performance
The triple-rate rear coil springs provide improved ride comfort and load control, delivering approximately 0.75” of rear lift on TRD-equipped Tundra models. The progressive spring design enhances traction, bottom-out resistance, and overall suspension performance.
Adjustable Rear Links for Increased Articulation
Heavy-duty billet rear upper and lower links allow precise pinion angle adjustment and improve rear suspension articulation. These components increase durability and maintain drivetrain alignment under demanding conditions.
Adjustable Rear Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment
An adjustable billet rear track bar allows the rear axle to be properly centered after lift installation. This helps maintain stable handling and proper suspension geometry across both on-road and off-road environments.
Increased Suspension Travel for Maximum Capability
This Stage 3 system increases front wheel travel by up to 40% compared to stock suspension. The extended travel design improves traction, stability, and ride control during aggressive off-road driving while maintaining smooth highway performance.
