The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System for the 2005–2011 Toyota Hilux is a premium, performance-driven upgrade engineered to dramatically improve ride quality, increase wheel travel, and enhance off-road capability. Designed with global Hilux applications in mind, this system features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDCV adjustability, tubular upper control arms, and matched rear shocks to deliver exceptional control, durability, and versatility across all terrains.

Adjustable 0–3” Lift for Versatile Performance

The front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 0 to 3 inches, allowing you to fine-tune ride height for larger tires and improved ground clearance. This flexibility makes the system ideal for both daily driving and demanding off-road conditions. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDCV

ICON’s 2.5 Series coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and reduce heat buildup, ensuring consistent damping performance. Equipped with CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve), these shocks offer external adjustability so you can dial in ride quality for any terrain or load condition.

Tubular Upper Control Arms for Strength and Geometry

Heavy-duty tubular upper control arms are included to improve suspension geometry and alignment at increased ride heights. These UCAs enhance durability while allowing proper camber and caster adjustment for optimal handling and tire wear. 

Balanced Rear Suspension with Remote Reservoir Shocks

The rear suspension utilizes ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks, providing excellent damping control and heat dissipation. A rear shackle system is included to maintain factory payload capacity while improving ride height and suspension travel. 

Vehicle-Specific Shock Tuning

ICON engineered this system specifically for the Hilux platform, accounting for its chassis characteristics and varying payload demands. The result is a well-balanced suspension system that delivers consistent performance across a wide range of driving conditions.
