The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco Sasquatch is a complete, race-inspired suspension overhaul engineered for maximum wheel travel, precise damping control, and unmatched on- and off-road performance. Built around ICON’s 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers with CDCV adjustability, tubular control arms, and a full rear link and track bar package, this system transforms the Bronco into a highly capable, high-speed off-road machine with exceptional ride quality and control. 

Adjustable 2–3” Front Lift for Ideal Stance and Clearance

The front coilover system provides adjustable lift from 2 to 3 inches, allowing you to fine-tune ride height for larger tires, improved ground clearance, and optimized suspension geometry. This adjustability makes it ideal for aggressive off-road builds while maintaining predictable on-road handling. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDCV Damping

ICON’s 2.5 Series coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and heat dissipation, preventing fade under extreme conditions. The integrated CDCV (Compression Damping Control Valve) allows 10 levels of on-the-fly compression adjustment, giving you precise tuning for street comfort, rock crawling, or high-speed desert driving. 

Complete Tubular Suspension Geometry Upgrade

This Stage 7 system includes tubular upper control arms with ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO, providing up to 90 degrees of articulation while correcting caster and camber changes from lifted geometry. The system also includes tubular rear upper and lower links and an adjustable rear track bar for precise axle centering and maximum articulation. 

High-Travel Rear Suspension with Tuned Coil Design

The rear suspension utilizes shaft-up mounted remote reservoir shocks paired with triple-rate coil springs to maximize rear wheel travel, improve articulation, and maintain ride comfort under varying loads. This setup enhances both off-road capability and everyday drivability. 

Extreme Durability and Heat Management

Built from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components and CAD-plated shock bodies, the system is designed for long-term durability under harsh conditions. The remote reservoir design significantly reduces shock temperature buildup, ensuring consistent performance during sustained off-road use. 

Complete Bolt-On High-Performance System

This Stage 7 kit is a fully integrated bolt-on solution requiring no cutting, welding, or permanent modifications. It is engineered to dramatically increase suspension travel and stability, delivering up to 11.5” front and 14” rear wheel travel when paired with appropriate tire fitment.
