The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System with Heavy Rate Rear Springs is a premium suspension upgrade engineered specifically for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models equipped with the Sasquatch package. Designed to deliver maximum suspension travel, improved articulation, and superior ride control, this system features remote reservoir 2.5 Series coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, billet rear links, and heavy-rate progressive rear coil springs. Built for overland builds and Broncos carrying additional rear weight, this system delivers exceptional ride quality, durability, and performance both on-road and in demanding off-road environments.

Adjustable 2–3” Front Lift for Increased Ground Clearance

The included remote reservoir coilovers allow adjustable lift height from approximately 2” to 3” in the front and 1.25” to 2.25” in the rear. This lift range improves ground clearance and supports larger tire fitment while maintaining proper suspension geometry and vehicle stability. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers

Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilovers feature remote reservoirs that increase oil volume and cooling capacity, reducing heat buildup and preventing shock fade during aggressive driving. This ensures consistent damping performance across rough terrain and extended off-road use.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

This system includes CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, providing up to 90 degrees of articulation. These arms improve caster and camber adjustability while enhancing strength and long-term durability. 

Billet Rear Lower Links for Improved Articulation

Heavy-duty billet rear lower suspension links improve rear-end articulation and allow on-vehicle pinion angle adjustment. These links utilize dual-durometer bushings and high-strength rod ends to maximize flexibility and reliability in demanding terrain conditions. 

Heavy Rate Rear Coil Springs for Load Support

The heavy-rate progressive rear coil springs are engineered to support additional cargo weight from gear, accessories, or overland equipment. This design maintains proper ride height under load while improving bottom-out resistance and ride stability. 

Increased Suspension Travel for Extreme Terrain

This Stage 5 system is capable of delivering up to 11.5 inches of front wheel travel and 14 inches of rear travel when paired with 35” tires. The increased articulation significantly improves traction and vehicle control across uneven terrain.

Optimized for Larger Tires and Off-Road Builds

The suspension system is designed to accommodate 35” tires with standard setup and can support 37” tires when optional bump stop spacers are installed. This flexibility makes it ideal for high-performance trail and overland builds.

Durable Bolt-On Installation

This system is engineered as a complete bolt-on solution requiring no cutting or welding. High-strength aluminum and steel components provide long-term durability while simplifying installation.
