The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 7 Suspension System is a premium performance suspension upgrade engineered for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco Non-Sasquatch models. Designed to maximize suspension travel and deliver exceptional ride quality, this system features remote reservoir coilovers with CDCV compression adjustment, heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, and high-performance rear suspension components. Built for demanding off-road conditions and daily driving alike, this system delivers improved stability, articulation, and durability across varied terrain. 

Adjustable 3–4” Front Lift for Increased Capability

The ICON 2.5 Series coilovers allow adjustable front lift height from approximately 3” to 4” over stock on non-Sasquatch Bronco models. This additional clearance improves approach angles and allows the installation of larger tires while maintaining proper suspension geometry and handling characteristics.

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDCV

The front coilovers feature remote reservoirs and Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV) technology, providing external adjustment of compression damping. This allows drivers to fine-tune ride firmness and control based on terrain, load conditions, or driving style. 

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

This system includes high-strength tubular upper control arms designed to improve alignment geometry and increase suspension travel. ICON’s Delta Joint PRO provides improved articulation while maintaining durability and long service life under demanding off-road conditions.

Heavy-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Balanced Lift

The included heavy-rate rear coil springs provide approximately 2–3” of rear lift, helping maintain a level stance and improving load handling capability. This progressive spring design enhances ride comfort while increasing resistance to bottom-out during aggressive driving.

2.5 Series Rear Shocks with Remote Reservoirs

ICON 2.5 Series rear remote reservoir shocks provide increased oil capacity and improved cooling performance. These vehicle-specific tuned shocks ensure consistent damping performance across extended off-road sessions and rough terrain driving.

Improved Suspension Travel and Off-Road Performance

This Stage 7 system is engineered to maximize wheel travel and articulation, significantly improving traction and stability across uneven terrain. The combination of extended travel shocks and geometry-correcting components enhances both comfort and vehicle control.

Durable Bolt-On System Design

All components are engineered as a direct bolt-on solution, requiring no cutting or welding. High-strength steel and precision-machined components provide long-term durability and reliable performance in harsh environments.
