The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models without the Sasquatch package. Designed to dramatically improve suspension travel, ride quality, and off-road capability, this system features height-adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, and triple-rate rear coil springs. With precision-engineered components and increased articulation, this system delivers outstanding control and durability across both highway driving and demanding off-road terrain.

Adjustable 3–4” Front Lift for Increased Ground Clearance

ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable ride height that delivers approximately 3–4” of front lift and 2–3” of rear lift over stock on non-Sasquatch Bronco models. This adjustability improves ground clearance, supports larger tire fitment, and enhances overall off-road capability. 

2.5 Series Coilovers for Maximum Travel and Control

The precision-manufactured internal reservoir coilovers are tuned specifically for the Bronco platform to maximize suspension performance. These shocks increase wheel travel while delivering improved ride comfort and stability across both paved and off-road environments.

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

Included billet aluminum upper control arms improve caster and camber alignment while increasing suspension durability. Featuring ICON’s patented Delta Joint PRO, these control arms provide up to 90 degrees of articulation, maximizing wheel travel while reducing bind and wear. 

Triple-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Superior Ride Quality

The rear suspension utilizes triple-rate coil springs designed to provide excellent ride comfort while maintaining strong bottom-out resistance during aggressive driving. This progressive spring design helps achieve optimal suspension travel and improved vehicle stability.

Up to 11.5” Front and 14” Rear Suspension Travel

This system significantly increases suspension travel compared to stock, providing up to 11.5” of front travel and 14” of rear travel when paired with 35” tires. The additional travel improves traction, articulation, and vehicle control across uneven terrain. 

Designed to Support Larger Tire Fitment

The Stage 3 system supports 35” tire fitment with recommended wheel specifications. With optional upgrades such as up-travel limiters and high-clearance crash bars, the system can accommodate 37” tires for more aggressive builds. 

100% Bolt-On Installation for Simplified Setup

This suspension system is designed as a fully bolt-on solution requiring no cutting, drilling, or welding. All required hardware and application-specific components are included to simplify installation and maintain long-term reliability.
