The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System for the 2021–2026 Ford Bronco equipped with the HOSS 1.0 package is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to enhance ride quality, increase wheel travel, and improve overall suspension performance. Built around ICON’s 2.5 Series EXP shocks and tubular upper control arms, this system delivers a balanced combination of on-road comfort and off-road capability while maintaining factory reliability and geometry.

Adjustable 1.375–3” Lift for Dialed-In Performance

The system provides adjustable front lift from 1.375” to 3” using snap-ring settings on the coilovers, along with approximately 1.5”–2.25” of rear lift. This allows you to fine-tune ride height for improved ground clearance, better stance, and the ability to run larger tire setups.

2.5 Series EXP Shocks with Internal Reservoirs

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series EXP shocks feature internal reservoirs that provide increased oil capacity for improved heat dissipation and consistent damping performance. These shocks are vehicle-specific tuned to deliver excellent ride quality, enhanced control, and reduced fade during extended off-road use.

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

This Stage 2 system includes heavy-duty tubular upper control arms designed to correct suspension geometry and improve alignment on lifted Broncos. Equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, these UCAs offer up to 90 degrees of articulation, increasing suspension travel while eliminating bind.

Factory Coil Compatibility for Balanced Ride

The system reuses factory coil springs and mounting hardware, maintaining OEM ride characteristics while significantly improving damping performance and wheel travel. This design ensures a refined ride on pavement while delivering enhanced capability off-road.

Inverted Shaft Design for Strength and Durability

The shocks feature an inverted “shaft-up” design with large 7/8” induction-hardened, chrome-plated shafts. This configuration improves durability, protects critical components, and enhances performance in harsh off-road environments.

Vehicle-Specific Engineering for HOSS 1.0 Broncos

Specifically designed for Broncos equipped with the HOSS 1.0 suspension package (non-Sasquatch models), this system ensures proper fitment, optimized geometry, and predictable handling characteristics across all driving conditions.
