The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Suspension System is an entry-level performance upgrade engineered for 2021–2026 Ford Bronco models equipped with the HOSS 1.0 suspension package. Designed to enhance ride quality, improve suspension control, and increase wheel travel, this system features ICON 2.5 Series EXP aluminum coilovers front and rear. Ideal for daily drivers and weekend trail users, this system delivers improved comfort, stability, and off-road capability while maintaining factory reliability. The vehicle-specific tuning ensures balanced performance across both pavement and rugged terrain. 

Adjustable 1.375–3” Front Lift for Improved Clearance

The ICON front 2.5 Series EXP coilovers provide adjustable ride height from approximately 1.375” to 3” of lift. This adjustability allows drivers to fine-tune vehicle stance and increase ground clearance while supporting larger wheel and tire combinations. 

2.5 Series EXP Aluminum Coilovers

This system includes a complete set of ICON 2.5 Series EXP aluminum coilovers designed to improve ride comfort and damping consistency. Impact-extruded aluminum bodies provide improved corrosion resistance and efficient heat dissipation, ensuring dependable performance in both daily driving and off-road environments.

Vehicle-Specific Shock Tuning

Each shock is tuned specifically for the Ford Bronco HOSS 1.0 platform, delivering improved ride comfort and enhanced vehicle control. The system increases wheel travel while maintaining stable handling characteristics across varied terrain types.

Improved Wheel Travel and Suspension Performance

The increased suspension travel improves traction and stability when driving off-road, helping maintain tire contact with uneven terrain. This added articulation enhances overall vehicle confidence during trail use and overland travel.

Simple Bolt-On Installation

The Stage 1 system is designed as a direct bolt-on solution that utilizes factory mounting locations. No cutting or welding is required, making installation straightforward while maintaining structural integrity.

Designed Specifically for HOSS 1.0 Suspension Models

This system is engineered for Broncos equipped with the HOSS 1.0 suspension package, commonly found on Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, and Outer Banks trim levels without the Sasquatch package.
