The ICON Vehicle Dynamics 6" Lift Suspension System is a heavy-duty upgrade engineered for 2000–2004 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. Designed to increase ground clearance, support larger tire fitment, and improve ride quality, this system features custom progressive-rate front leaf springs and a rear lift block kit. Built for durability and consistent performance, it delivers improved wheel travel, reduced body roll, and reliable performance for both daily driving and off-road use.

6” Lift Height for Maximum Ground Clearance

This suspension system provides approximately 6” of lift using heavy-duty front leaf spring packs, allowing clearance for up to 35” tires. The increased ride height enhances off-road capability and provides a more aggressive stance while maintaining stable on-road handling.

Progressive-Rate Front Leaf Springs for Ride Comfort

The custom progressive leaf spring packs are engineered to provide improved ride quality while maintaining the strength required for heavy-duty applications. This design improves suspension control and reduces harshness compared to traditional lift spring setups. 

Rear Block Kit for Balanced Lift and Level Stance

A heavy-duty rear lift block kit with extended 17” U-bolts is included to properly level the vehicle and maintain balanced suspension geometry. This configuration helps maintain towing stability and load-handling capability. 

Bump Stop Spacers for Suspension Protection

This system includes 1.75” bump stop spacers that help prevent excessive spring compression during aggressive suspension movement, reducing fatigue and extending the lifespan of critical suspension components.

Improved Wheel Travel and Reduced Body Roll

ICON engineered this system to increase suspension travel and improve overall vehicle control. The upgraded spring design reduces body roll compared to stock components, improving stability both on paved roads and rough terrain. 

100% Bolt-On Installation for Simplified Setup

This complete system is designed as a bolt-on installation requiring no cutting, drilling, or welding. The design maintains factory driveline compatibility and does not require driveshaft modifications, helping reduce installation complexity. 

Maintains Factory Towing Capability

The suspension components are engineered to maintain factory towing capability while improving ride comfort and off-road handling. Durable powder-coated finishes provide corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in harsh environments.
