The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a high-performance lift solution engineered for 2009–2012 Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD trucks. Designed to improve ride quality, handling, and off-road capability, this system features dual-rate coil springs, heavy-duty upper and lower link arms, and 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks. With geometry-correcting components and precision-tuned suspension hardware, this system delivers exceptional control, strength, and long-term durability across both daily driving and demanding off-road conditions.

4.5” Lift Height for Improved Clearance

This system provides approximately 4.5” of lift, improving ground clearance and allowing installation of larger wheel and tire combinations. The increased ride height enhances off-road capability while maintaining stable highway handling and towing performance.

2.5 Aluminum Series Shocks for Consistent Performance

ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks provide vehicle-specific damping control and increased oil capacity to maintain consistent performance during heavy use. These shocks feature large-diameter shafts, billet components, and FK rod-end bearings for improved strength and reliability under demanding conditions.

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Balanced Ride Quality

ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs provide a smooth ride while maintaining load stability and control. The progressive spring design delivers improved comfort on pavement while maintaining strength for off-road use and heavy-duty applications.

Heavy-Duty Upper and Lower Link Arms

The included tubular steel upper and lower link arms improve suspension alignment and strength while reducing bind commonly found in factory components. This upgrade enhances articulation, improves durability, and supports increased suspension travel.

Adjustable Track Bar for Proper Axle Alignment

An adjustable front track bar with PTFE-lined bearings ensures accurate axle centering after lift installation. This feature improves steering precision and reduces unwanted suspension movement during aggressive driving or heavy loads.

Geometry Correction Components for Reliable Handling

Forged pitman arms, sway bar drop brackets, and track bar drop brackets are included to maintain proper steering geometry throughout the suspension cycle. These components ensure predictable handling and improved stability on-road and off-road.

Enhanced Wheel Travel Without Compromising Capability

This Stage 4 system increases suspension travel and ride comfort compared to stock components while maintaining factory towing capacity. The system is engineered to deliver improved performance across rough terrain while preserving smooth highway driving characteristics.
