The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is a performance-driven lift solution engineered for 2009–2012 Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD trucks. Designed to increase ground clearance, improve suspension geometry, and enhance ride quality, this system features dual-rate coil springs, heavy-duty tubular upper and lower link arms, and 2.0 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks. Built for towing, daily driving, and off-road use, this system delivers increased wheel travel and dependable handling without sacrificing factory towing capability.

4.5” Lift Height for Improved Clearance

This system provides approximately 4.5” of lift, improving ground clearance and allowing installation of up to 35” tires without modification and up to 37” tires with minor trimming. The additional ride height enhances both off-road capability and vehicle stance. 

Dual-Rate Coil Springs for Balanced Ride Comfort

ICON-engineered dual-rate coil springs deliver improved ride comfort while maintaining strength for towing and hauling applications. The progressive spring design provides stability on-road and increased performance across uneven terrain. 

2.0 Aluminum Series Remote Reservoir Shocks

Vehicle-specific tuned 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks feature remote reservoirs that increase oil capacity and improve heat dissipation. This design maintains consistent damping performance under demanding driving conditions, reducing shock fade during extended use. 

Heavy-Duty Tubular Link Arms for Strength and Alignment

Heavy-duty steel upper and lower link arms improve alignment range and reduce suspension bind compared to factory components. These upgrades enhance articulation and long-term durability while improving overall suspension function. 

Geometry Correction Components for Reliable Steering

This system includes a forged pitman arm, sway bar drop brackets, and track bar drop bracket to maintain proper steering geometry throughout the suspension cycle. These components improve steering response and ensure predictable handling across all terrain types. 

Rear Lift Blocks for Balanced Vehicle Stance

The rear suspension utilizes 2.5” lift blocks with extended U-bolts to maintain a level stance from front to rear. This balanced configuration improves load stability and maintains proper suspension alignment. 

Built for Work, Towing, and Off-Road Use

This Stage 2 system increases suspension travel and ride quality without affecting factory towing capacity. Designed for construction sites, towing applications, and rough terrain driving, it delivers reliable performance with improved comfort and reduced body roll.
