The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System is a top-tier upgrade engineered for 2019–2023 Ram 1500 trucks, delivering maximum suspension performance, adjustability, and durability. Designed for serious drivers, this system enhances wheel travel, damping control, and overall ride quality both on- and off-road. Featuring CDCV-equipped remote reservoir coilovers, billet aluminum upper control arms, and dual-rate rear springs, it provides exceptional performance across all driving conditions. 

Adjustable 2–3” Lift for Aggressive Stance

ICON 2.5 Series coilovers provide adjustable front lift from 2 to 3 inches, allowing you to level your truck and fit larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. The increased ride height improves ground clearance and off-road capability. 

2.5 Series Remote Reservoir Coilovers with CDCV

These high-performance coilovers feature remote reservoirs and ICON’s Compression Damping Control Valve (CDCV), offering 10 levels of adjustable compression damping. This allows you to fine-tune ride quality from soft and comfortable to firm and performance-oriented depending on terrain and load. 

Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint

CNC-machined billet aluminum upper control arms improve strength, alignment range, and suspension geometry. Equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint, they provide increased articulation, reduced bind, and long-term durability with a sealed, serviceable design. 

2.5 Aluminum Series Rear Piggyback Shocks

The rear suspension includes ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks with CDCV adjustability, delivering consistent damping performance and balanced ride quality between front and rear suspension systems.

Dual-Rate Rear Coil Springs for Load Handling

Dual-rate rear coil springs provide a softer initial rate for comfort and a firmer secondary rate for improved load handling and bottom-out resistance. This design enhances both daily driving comfort and off-road capability while maintaining stability under load. 

Precision-Tuned for Maximum Performance

ICON engineers designed this system to increase wheel travel and damping efficiency without sacrificing towing capacity. The result is improved control, reduced body roll, and a more confident driving experience in all environments.
