The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is a premium performance upgrade engineered for the 2024–2025 Toyota Tacoma, delivering maximum wheel travel, improved damping control, and superior ride quality both on and off-road. Featuring adjustable 2.5 Series coilovers, tubular upper control arms, and triple-rate rear springs, this system is built for drivers who demand enhanced capability, durability, and comfort across all driving conditions.

Adjustable 1.25–3” Lift for Custom Setup

ICON 2.5 Series front coilovers provide adjustable lift from 1.25” to 3”, allowing you to fine-tune ride height for your preferred stance and tire setup. This adjustability supports larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations while maintaining optimal ride performance.

Advanced 2.5 Series Coilover Performance

These coilovers feature internal reservoirs for improved heat dissipation and consistent damping performance under demanding conditions. Combined with ICON-engineered coil springs, they deliver a smooth, controlled ride throughout the full suspension travel range.

Tubular Upper Control Arms with Delta Joint PRO

The included tubular upper control arms improve front-end geometry, increase caster, and enhance suspension clearance. Equipped with ICON’s Delta Joint PRO, they allow up to 90 degrees of articulation while reducing bind and improving long-term durability.

Triple-Rate Rear Springs for Comfort and Performance

This system features triple-rate rear coil springs that deliver a softer initial ride for comfort, a balanced mid-rate for control, and a firmer overload rate for improved bottoming resistance. This design provides approximately 0.5” of rear lift while enhancing both on-road comfort and off-road performance.

Maximized Travel and Drivetrain Reliability

A front differential drop system is included to optimize CV joint angles and maximize available suspension travel on 4WD models. Polyurethane differential bushings reduce unwanted movement under load, improving drivetrain durability and overall vehicle stability.

Balanced Front and Rear Suspension System

ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with internal reservoirs are tuned specifically for the Tacoma, ensuring balanced damping performance between front and rear. This results in improved ride quality, stability, and control across pavement, trails, and rough terrain.
